I was grateful to present 🙏 at the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter Ignite 2026 conference in Oakville this past weekend.

I appreciate all the positive feedback 👍 but what struck me most wasn't just the sheer volume of leaders in attendance 🧑‍🤝‍🧑, but how deeply engaged and genuinely thoughtful the audience was 🤔.

A massive thank you to the organizing team for planning this professional event and everyone who packed the room, pushed the boundaries, and shared their perspective.
