Lately, I’ve had a lot of discussions on different roles in data governance.
I want to discuss one of the most important role- Data Stewards.
Data Stewards are crucial for managing and optimizing enterprise data.
They ensure enterprise data is of high quality and used effectively.
They help audit data by looking at profiling and cleanse activities.
They maintain business glossaries, data catalogs, and dictionaries.
They implement roles, policies, standards, and processes.
They help create and document Data Standards
